The Harvard Extension Service & Leadership Society (HESLS) is the premier student group dedicated to developing the qualities of leadership, including the skills of negotiation/conflict resolution, in Harvard's community of extension school students who maintain an active interest in exploring the fields of leadership and negotiations; and provides a forum for students to pursue these interests within the context of business, law & government. HESLS is the point organization for sponsoring events and activities (such as the Negotiation & Leadership Conference) concerned with leadership, negotiation and public service.
